Terrible place. Been waiting for over a month just for trials. Zero contact from the office that thinks I am 102 years old. Only kept complaining about their new computer system that wasn’t working when I’m reality it was clear they don’t know how to use it. They charged me different prices for three exams and said to call and blame the insurance company which oddly enough owns Visionworks. Still no trials, no contacts and still out 150 dollars for exams and 40 for an order. I can’t even cancel the order the system can’t find it. Tried it online and over the phone. Never go here! Went back to Walmart , got trials same day no screwing around at all.

Terrible place! Wish I could give zero Stars! I think the doc is a quack told me my prescription didn't change and it's been 2 years doesn't seem right to me. I was told one price on the phone and magically the price has been increased a week later. Me and my wife had a appointment an hour apart from mine she had a Telemann and I seen the doctor in person. When it comes to paying they charged me an extra $19.99 just because I seen the doctor in person but didn't tell me ahead of time that this was a extra charged. Told the lady that was checking me out they need to be more transparent and let someone know it's an extra charge because they send you to see the doctor in person vs a Telemann, and I didn't have a choice. Once I received my eyeglass prescription I decided to tell them I'll order mine online and they refuse to give me my pupil distance measurement bc I didn't buy from them! This is the first time I've ever was told this going to an eye doctor. Definitely will not be going back there and I do not recommend you to even think about going there! Also the women working there need a class in communications as they were very rude!

Neice got second opinion doc at vision works Fulton gave wrong script for her. Same happened with my son. Doc Dismisses legitimate concerns. Some make you feel unwelcomed.

Went there to get an eye exam, get my script for the lenses and place the order. Pay over 300$ (I have bad astigmatisms in both eyes) My appointment was on a Monday and they called me that Saturday to tell me they were ready. I get them and nothing looks right. Everything is blurry and I can't even use them. I go back and they tell me I need to give it a week. Mind you I tell them I'm getting a nasty headache, can't even see out of them, things are blurry and they are making me sick. Give it a week is all they say. I go back that the following Monday and tell them it's been a week nothing has changed. They tell me something has changed and the script is wrong and I need to see the doctor again. He's wondering around and there is no one waiting there to see him and I'm told he's to 'swamped' and I need to make an appointment. I get one for the following Monday for the doctor to tell me that my vision has changed. HOW DID IT CHANGE IN 4 DAYS? So I get my glasses today and things are okay and I thought that I'd be fine with them. Wrong. Now I can't see distance and can't read street signs. I want my money back! I have NEVER had this issue with glasses in my life! And I've been wearing them for 22 years of my life!

I believe they accept Medicaid.
Maybe see if they can be adjusted. Def shouldn’t fall off your face.
