You can pay for a parking pass when you pay for your event. It's a good thing to do if you want to be in the arena parking area. Otherwise it's a short walk from lots of different places that you can pay to park the day/night of the event. Depending on where you choose it's between $5 and $20. It won't be a long walk unless you get there at the last minute after most people have parked. I go to events all the time and I don't park in the arena parking because its usually full and the walk is absolutely not a long walk. If you get there late then you might be walking from farther away. You can get prepaid parking with your event if you prefer.
