How do you access the upper level seats?

After using stairs to upper level are there doors marking sections? Also, do you walk down to the seats?

Most of the seats in the arena is going to regular seating but to inquire about the private box seats you'll have to call and request the box office seating. You can also enter from the outside door for VIP for upper level.
