Can I take a camera into the arena at The Soul 2 Soul concert?

Not recommended. Maybe safe with cellphone but not anything else.

I was able to bring in a DSLR with a few lenses for a sports event -- it may be different of a concert.

As far as cameras go, you can't take in External Flash Cameras, Cameras with an interchangeable/detachable lens (No professional photography), Audio/Visual Recording Devices and Tripods/Monopods. If it can fit in your pocket, you're probably fine. Any bigger than that and you might run into some issues

I know the made an announcement about video and flash photography being prohibited at the last concert I attended 2 -3 weeks ago. With that said may people were recordimg.on there phones.
