They take so many emergency crisis every day. They open at 7 and people are lined up when they open so show up early. To be a crisis your power has to be off or will be cut off in the next three days.

Make an appt online at location.org. if crisis (about to be cut off) you can go up to the main site (the Covington highway). You need to be there at 7 am. They take the first 30 crisis when they open. Go on the website and make sure you have everything needed to be process.

Call your local PCA and ask . Not fully understand question but are you saying you think they skipped you? They process your information ONLY when you have turned in everything Call and make sure you have all paperwork in and also make sure they haven’t missed any of your information That’s the only thing that should hold up receiving help I hope this helps you And good luck to you and your family. my friend u will wait at least 10 weeks or longer . I applied back in dec of 2020 and they have came up w all kinds of new documents for me to submit to them I been applying since the 80s and never have had so many issues w Covington hwy partnership. they never answer phones and I have already been over there 4 or 5 times since dec trying to get my application processed. I finally got someone today who has my file and due to a married maiden name difference they have pulled me left and right. instead of phoning me and returning calls they said they would I had to go and spend my own gas to resolve. hoping today it finally will b. so if asking I think u get the picture here. I wish u the best of luck in getting it any sooner than 8/10 weeks. I'm on my 11 week now

Nope they only help with gas and light services I couldnt get any help because there were no available appointment

If you applied previously like before July you won't get a call. You have to continue to check the calendar daily to see if any appointments have opened up. I applied 3 times in July and didn't receive a call back because I applied in January. Appointments opened back up on the 3rd of this month. Just continue to check daily. Sorry couldn't be more of assistance.

Dear, I know it's hard Just be patient I promise you it will work itself out the community action is a great place and has helped SOooooo many people the workers are just overloaded during this time I promise you that it will come.

To change your address you need to go to the office on Covington Hwy and write a note with your new address and the appointment number that you were given, and your social security number, and a correct phone number. They may call you or they just might make the correction to your case online

Stop by the office, you might be able to speak to somebody.

It took 6 weeks for mine but it can be quicker if they consider your case as crisis my sister they considered her as being in a crisis and did hers in 48hrs
