I had an appointment and was told on 2 March 2018 that I was approved for the heating assistance to pay my scana bill and that the voucher would prevent disconnection of services...today my service was disconnected....what is going on?

Stella Houston u should call and see if the payment has posted or been paid... They do have a backlog and it took more than two months for mine to be paid.. Normally after the pink paper is sent to your address the payment should be forwarded but they have been slow this year.. Call them...
