When i bring something to a professional i expect A professional job. When something is broken it should be inspected all over. I brough A pair of heels in for heel repair (i actually Brought 3 in totaling $80) i wore them the day after pick up and the entire sole of BOTH shoes came off i tripped And now have a giant bruise on my hip. When i returned On Monday with the shoes he told me he couldnt do anything about the sole it’s an “old shoe”. So either you didn’t do your job inspecting the shoe because there was more damage. Which then should’ve been a phone call to me since you have my phone number to say that the shoes shouldn’t be repaired and you’re refunding me the money I already paid for that pair or you didn’t do your job and look over the shoe and charge me the $15 just to get your little $15 for the broken heel tip or third option is you damaged the shoe further while fixing the other part and want to pretend like it wasn’t you. All three scenarios are unacceptable. His Customer Service was terrible and that’s why this review is being written. Im a very reasonable person I wasted my money and my gas to go there not once but twice and it was the last Lil $15 you’ll ever get from me.

Great work on my shoes. However, I wasn't allowed to wait inside for the 10 minutes I was told that it would take to fix my shoes. Even though there were several chairs available, no one else was in the shop other than myself and the man behind the counter. There was a plexiglass shield (I assume for Covid). I didn't want to jump to conclusions, so I gave him my phone number and walked over to the Kroger in the same plaza to kill time. I will use this shoe shop again due to the good quality work I received, since this was my first time there.
