What Sherri said is right I work there.....
Appointments don't mean anything, they just get you in the door. Come as early as you can. You will get a number and have to sit in a waiting room. They see people by their number, not by appointment time. Expect to be there from 2-4 hours. This is all based on my appointment last week.
