I work for Valley Health System and one of my responsibilities is call payors to get claim status. Local 670 uses the fundactuary website for claim information and don't want to give you any claim information over the phone. Sometimes, if you don't get any useful information in the website you need to call the responsible party to get your claims issue resolved. Today, 03-25-2022 I called the Local 670 and spoke to a very rude and nasty lady who hang up on me because I was trying to get a claim status. I don't understand why people like her work for a Welfare Fund company as customer service representative for that company. She does not know the meaning of "customer service". And she is not the only one. I called a second time and I got Tony who also was not nice to me. You can tell by the tone of his voice that he was annoying by my call and he just put on hold. I hang up because I was disgusting by the way I was treated. Shame on Local 670.
