They won't help an 80 year old with insurance appeals or medical neglect/abuse because she is unable to speak vocally due to a trach. She is perfectly capable of nodding to questions, but they won't accept that. Unbelievable. If anyone needs help, it is those in the toughest positions, like this. Shame on you Prairie State. The main reason you were contacted by POA was for insurance denials and trying to get them reversed so proper rehab can be obtained. The neglect/abuse portion came after your secretary saw photo proof and so did whomever she had me text the photos to. You must be blind to not see the evidence. So I ask, if an 80 year old can not vocalize her abuse/neglect since she was medicated, does that mean it didn't happen? And why won't you fight for someone's right to live and heal through rehab when their insurance won't honor their responsibilities? Again, shame on you... guess you can't handle a real case.

I just called there the woman that picked up never let me know she was a receptionist usually you can tell , so I went on and on about my serious legal issue and I got I’m sorry the lawyers go home at 1:30 call tomorrow… ok who do I ask for ? Well who ever answers the phone can help you , REALLY because you just answered the phone ! I’m not going there for sure !
