Positive: Price was nice, and if the pool had been open or the cable worked would have been a good experience. Negative: The pool wasn't opened and their "cable" had 5 channels total, all sports and news. So my child couldn't play in the pool or watch TV.

I checked in late Sunday night and went straight to bed. Woke up early and went to bathroom, flipped the lid on toilet and it was full. Full and wouldn't flush. I went to the office and told them what happened. The attendant told me that I must have woke up in the night and made the mess. After a heated discussion, he agreed to resolve. Went to work and came back to same condition. Went to office, talked with another attendant and was resolved immediately. They don't sweep the floors or make the beds while you are gone.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean even if a little outdated. We are definitely planning on staying on our visit next week

NON-SMOKERS BEWARE! We brought a group here recently and booked non-smoking rooms. Four out of the five rooms smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. I have asthma and upon immediately entering needed to use an inhaler. When we told the front desk this, Peter initially laughed at the complaint saying people smoke in non smoking rooms. He offered us a refund or Febreeze. If it was just myself, I would have taken the refund right then and there. Since we had a group we had to confirm that we could move everyone elsewhere. It took about twenty minutes to secure lodging elsewhere. When we asked for a refund, because of the smoking rooms the refund was no longer available. He said he'd give 50% for each room because we used all the rooms for thirty minutes. He was completely rude and offered contradicting statements throughout our exchange. If you have elsewhere to stay, especially if you're sensitive to smoke do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
