Unfortunately, the management and the front desk are very lying and untidy. I was there with my family one night and the room was very dirty and many items were broken and did not work. When the room was delivered, they refused to give me a receipt and asked me to send it to my email. To present to my workplace, which unfortunately they did not do, this hotel is not worth staying for an hour, and I will complain to the hotel management assembly.

I would give a 0 if I could. Please DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! First off I wanna say the room they gave me at first had blood on the sheets and comforter when I walked in as if they didn’t change them. They afforded another room that was cleaner. However the next morning at 10:15 I had someone barge into my room when check out wasn’t until 11am. Finally as if that wasn’t already enough, I called back to see why my security deposit wasn’t on my card, a rude girl told me it was something spilled on the bed whoever I didn’t spill anything and they did not send me pictures as the promised they would and said they would call the cops if I came up there to see what they were talking about. Very unprofessional and beds are nasty. They do not clean sheets. Please DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

Positive: Nothing really. It was prepaid for and couldn¿t get refund. So had to deal with it unfortunately Negative: False advertisements. No breakfast and all bath and sleeping supplies dirty To the point where I end up buying my own to use there.

Positive: Black lady was so nice and kind Negative: Blankets are thin and old. Hotel is old fashioned. We seen a roach and rented air bnb
