Rooms were horrid. looks like they had a rager in the room. picture and window glass were broken. toilet about to come off the ground. pillows were light yellow stained. Our top lock to our door was missing. soon as we got in had 1/4 of toilet roll in there. didn't see a housekeeper til checkout. Staff was great but establishment needs a lot of work.

Be careful they are changing you for extra days! I book a single bed. Was put into a 2 bed. The bathtub didn't work the pull on the shower was broken. I had ask for another room. I was informed they didn't have anymore rooms and I would be charged. Then the 2 days later they changed me for a extra night. I didn't stop at the front desk. They lie and said you book it for 2 days. They try too turn it all around that it was my fault and was yelling at me on the phone and then Hung up. Very very rude and criminal behavior to charge somebody for two nights and then turn around like it's their fault. To give somebody a very poor quality room that the bath tub doesn't work and there were several other problems then you're forced to say there or they're going to charge you no matter what.

The desk attendant was the best part of the experience. He was very nice and tried to be accommodating. It was also fairly quiet in our room. Aside from that we were put in a room with a different configuration than the reservation. The phone didn't work, there was no remote in the room for the TV, the sheets were stained and there was no blanket. Just a very thin top cover. There was facial hair in the sink on arrival and the hot water lasted about 4-5 minutes in the shower. Would not return.

Wish i could give it 0 stars. Checked in around 10 pm after reserving my room over 2 weeks ago. The hotel staff was not at the front desk for 10 minutes. When we got to our room our power was out, we didn’t get the room we paid for (we got 2 double beds, not 1 king). We went back downstairs to tell the front desk that our power was out, and his response was “that’s the only room we have left we’re fully booked tonight.” And didn’t seem to care at all about our stay. He SAID he refunded our money, but didn’t give a receipt or offer any other help. They were extremely rude. We went back upstairs to get our bags from our powerless room. And our key card was turned off and we couldn’t get in our rooms to our bags. After walking through the dusty, stinky, roach halls 5 times to get to the front desk, i would not recommend staying here at all. Was expecting a nice weekend in Richmond for Valentine’s Day, but instead wasted my time and money on this hotel.
