Too expensive, $999 a month for a 1/1. That's crazy, they don't even look that great from the outside. Looked like affordable housing, their website stated $729 for a 1/1, that was NOT refurbished. When I asked about that one, she stated their website is about 2 years behind in updating prices. I have to say though, she was very nice and extremely apologetic. She's seen alot lately come in and not be able to help them.

I was employed by the Hammock Apartments as an independent contractor to clean the common areas and model apartment, I cleaned there for about 2 weeks before being told my services were no longer needed due to the property manager stating they will use an in house person to clean. That was fine with me I totally understood the concept. I was informed that I will need to submit my invoice for payment and it would take approximately 30days.. well it has been well over 30 days and I haven't received my payment yet!!!! DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR!!

Many new upgrades here the place is so quiet and peaceful the manager is a awesome agent takes care of any problems you might have maintenance man is very knowledgeable and understanding prompt service if in need lots of amenities plus a pool

I lived at Gator Village from 2007 to 2020. The area was quiet and Zonya, the area manager, was professional and courteous. I still keep in contact with two of my neighbors.
