Dropped an old sansui stereo off here for my father to get some repairs done. It took six months but that was not the issue. When I went to pick it up there were still a couple of isssues with it but I was willing to let that go. I don't have a credit card so my father was hoping to pay over the phone the owner said that was not possible and we were a bit surprised as that's the first time I ecountered this. My dad asked about something like paypal possibly while I offered to pay half in cash today and come back tomorrow and pick it up and pay off the rest. The owner began swearing at my father over the phone and threatening to sell the stereo on ebay. I left the store as he refused to let me come back the next day. I'm now missing $1500 stereo. Don't trust this guy. I'm just amazed this is how he handled this situation.

Great operation. They understood the problem with my TV ,guided me through the issue and resolved the problem. Once Ryan understood that this was not a complicated issue it was fixed AT NO CHARGE!. Thats honesty. I highly recommend calling electronics world first if you are in need of service.

After you approve the estimate - all repairs are conducted in-house - and your paid estimate fee is credited toward your final bill.
