I loved everything about my stay here. The room was cozy and modern. Felt like home.The restaurant makes an amazing chicken alfredo. Best I ever had. My partner had 2 orders of chicken quesadillas, so I presume he enjoyed his meal also. Friendly faces and staff. Can't wait to return.

Hands down the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed. First, when I checked in the first night there was no soap in my room. Coffee with caffeine was supplied to my room only if I went and got it, even though there are personal coffee machines in each room. The floor in my room was dirty and stayed dirty throughout the duration of my visit. The shower had been leaking so long it had grown an orange trail of slime about 8 inches long. One of the three lights in my room was actually plugged in. And finally the last morning I was there, I was sitting in the desk chair drinking coffee and a giant roach fell on my arm from the ceiling. Restaurant is ok but overpriced. If you have a choice, do not stay here. Holiday Inn Corporate really really needs to audit this building and its staff.

When I arrived I waited 8 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. After it took another 10 to 12 minutes to check in I was told I owe 25 dollars on top of what I paid online. I ask why and was 3rd that is policy?? He was not very friendly or professional to be in the position he is in. Remind you not one smile from him. Then we went to our rooms and the room key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk to go through this with a staff who's customer service was not the best. My wife told me that we should leave now. I wish we did. Our bathroom floor was very sticky. This is not a place I would stay at again and I think it may have ruined it for all.pf the other Holiday Inns.

Very pleased with stay in this hotel. Room was a little outdated decor-wise (hence the 4 stars), but spotlessly clean with really comfortable beds. Great staff - pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was included with a small upgrade fee, but well worth it...we selected entrees from regular menu and were served by the most attentive waitress in the business! Recommend for anyone passing through Richmond. We will certainly return.
