PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING!! Our stay was terrible!!! The rooms and property was not clean. Many things in our room were broke and molding along with cobwebs. Our overall stay was very sketchy from people being in the parking lot all hours of the night to random shopping carts filled with junk. The bathroom has no fan so black mold is forming and the room service came in without us ordering any. When we got there we checked the sheets and were DISGUSTING!! The phone didn’t work and had to call front desk on our cell phones with no answer. We had to go to front desk to ask for more towels and said they would bring them in 15 minutes and nobody came. Then we had to go back and then. There’s so much I didn’t mention but would definitely not recommend this “hotel”

Positive: Great location off I 64 for an overnight stay on a long road trip. Pool looked nice though we didn't have time to get in it. Negative: The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower had footprints and the previous guests soap still in it. Marks on the ceilings and cigarette burns in the bedspread. I was charged twice for the room and an still waiting for refund!

Positive: Easy access to the highway. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked very inviting and clean! The receptionist who checked me in at 3 am was very sweet and helpful! When I checked out, the young man at reception was very cordial! Negative: Even though it was a non smoking room, it smelled of smoke. Our room was right next to the outside door and it banged shut all night long. The ice machine leaked; there was a constant puddle on the floor. Definitely not enough towels. Snowy TV

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Ordinarily Quality Inn Hotels are fine but this one left a whole lot to be desired. First, the diner they refer to in their advertisement was closed for renovations. The housekeeping was terrible. Mirrors were swiped with a dirty rag as they were streaked and cloudy. The mirror in the bathroom looked as though it was torn off the wall and the mirror on the door had hand prints on it. Carpet was nasty and lampshades were dented and raggedy. The coating in the bathtub was almost totally peeled off. The entire hotel was just in disrepair all around. Stayed in a Quality Inn in New Castle, DE the next night and it was wonderful. Richmond Quality Inn, you need to ante up and get up to par because you have bad reviews over and over. Shame!

I got a voucher for Breakfast. I ate there three times and everything was delicious!
I was at the Quality inn Richmond airport at Sandston Va and they have a fitness room there if that will help
