This has to be one of the best Dr offices to go to, very polite , very clean and always on time. I highly recommend it.

Solid medical care. Great staff, especially Dr Nasr and Karen. Kudos to Karen for her professionalism and client care!

Called today as I’ve been having muscle spasm’s in my neck for a week and unfortunately the medication I’ve been using isn’t helping me. Was told I needed a telehealth appointment to receive any other treatment options, I agreed. Next available appointment isn’t until mid February!!! I said what am I supposed to do for now I’m miserable, they responded go to the hospital, I said that’s silly I have a dr. You don’t have any sick appointments or a cancellation list receptionist response “ we’re in the middle of a pandemic! All of dr.nasirs appointment’s are already double and triple booked so no I don’t have a cancellation list.” I told her well isn’t It safer for me to see my dr then go to the hospital in the middle of a pandemic? She responded if you’re not happy find a new neurologist! So I found a new neurologist and guess what?!?!? I got a appointment the last week of January. When I called to get my records sent over they only receive fax requests and I don’t have a fax machine I was told to “figure it out” the staff is terrible and the wait times when they see patients in person is hours.... HOURS 🙄 AVOID THIS OFFICE as they won’t help you even if you are a established patient.

If everyone is posting horrible reviews re the office staff, maybe time to hire some new people dude. Luckily this guy is in upstate NY bc he wouldn't be in business in NYC or DC. My grandfather saw Dr. Nasir at Vassar hospital. He has been doing very poorly since. Dr. Nasir refused to see any patients during the pandemic (understandable), but then confirmed an in person appt with him for July 22. Since that time my grandfather's condition has worsened and the office called them today confirming it is an over the phone appt rather than in person. They waited all this time specifically because this was an in person appt. Luckily we have found competent neurosurgeons in White Plains who are able to see him ASAP given the circumstances. Complete lack of respect for elderly patients. In the medical field is it vital you hire office staff that understand basic communication skills and are able to notify a patient when an appt goes from in person to phone. Zero empathy for patients. All around horrible experience.
