Dirty. They took care of my family member the best they knew. THE world needs to hire more housekeeping everywhere. The nurses were nice but the Sr. Doctor was quite aged and did not say anything when he left the room. This place needs a thorough cleaning, bullet proof glass for Frontline security, separate booths for the patients that are registering. Stop leaving blood samples out in the open, come back and check on the patients when family is not around. Remove the ambulance equipment upon arrival if not needed. Lysol spray & wipes for the people that go in/out of the patient refrigerator. JUST CLEAN THE PLACE AND HIRE MORE STAFF. EVERYONE IS OVER WORKED AND POSSIBLY UNDER PAID!!! One visitor at a time in the ER rooms. Again, all staff need raises.

No you don't. Just tell them who you are and they should let you go up. I believe that immediate family can go up before regular visiting hours.
I suggest you call the hospital and ask to be transferred to the records dept. They should be able to help you. If you want me to get the phone number to you I would be happy to do so
