Nice historical park that’s free for visitors who want to learn more about the historic site. There are also benches and a view of the Hudson. Entry is free and dogs are welcome.

Informative tour about the defense of the Hudson River as well as Washington's time in Newburgh.

Yes, through the front iron gate off Liberty St.
That's a Friday so yes
It's free to walk the grounds, have a picnic, or simply sit on a bench and enjoy the day. The museum tour costs money, however. I believe it is $4/ person
Admission is $4 adults, $3 students and seniors (62 and above), 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. The grounds are free and we occasionally have sponsored events with free admission.
You might find more useful the services of an antique appraisal site: as example, valuemystuff.com
This is a site definitely worth seeing they say if Washington was to walk in today he would recognize the headquarters that it is exactly the saying since he left. How many historical places can say that. It is worth the price of admission. I don't think you can enter the building without paying for the tour which is affordable but you can go on the grounds for free
The military is huge HUGE. This is a museum. Have the Sargent send you a picture in Goa uniform
There are guides at the desk and a brochure for guided tours.
