No one ever returns your calls. If you do finally get ahold of someone or end up stopping by because you're tired of waiting, they are extremely rude! They messed up the billing for my wheelchair 3 years ago years ago and never let me know and I didn't receive any Denial of services from medicare or medicaid!

I called this office to find out information about getting medical supplies and an older gentleman answered the phone without providing any kind of help , was yelling about them closing in 15 minutes, I was giving him info about what I got and where I got it from and he said he didn’t care. Disgusting first impression , would never recommend .

I walked into the store, just trying to fill my script for a new walking cane,only to find that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I have Medicare, Medicaid, and an LTMC, NONE WHICH COVERED THE COST!. Patiently the person that took care of me(Priscilla) explained everything, and after it was all said and done saw the dilapidated condition of the cane I was using after I exited and walked out to me an GAVE me a BRAND NEW CANE! What a wonderful thing to do! Now that's above and beyond service!

Dear Sir/Ma'am, We intent to to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. So we have incorperated few strict practices to keep our staff and customers safe. - follow social distancing - daily sanitatization of the store - wear your mask all the time - wear gloves
It would have to be a "distributary" such as home health pavilion is, but I imagine it would be special ordered based on your measurements. I would consult an in- hospital Pharmacy, a spinal or orthopedic doctor's office, and/or your insurance company ...and ask the doctor who prescribed it, they should know something like that; lastly it might be something that's available through your insurance companies mail order Department only, and would need to be instigated by the doctor and/or yourself. You can always check the participating provider FOR DISTRIBUTARIES list and just call them all before going anywhere and save some time and maybe get some good leads.
