This post is in reference to the treatment of my 83 yr old Mother. She has not been able to get into this doctor whom is her Primary care doctor for 2 yrs. Just recently my mom called and spoke to the nurse Christina whom took it upon her self to prescribe my mom medication for a sinus infection. over the phone. Now, I did say she is 83 yrs old, who in the right mind would not say please come in to see the doctor, but no, she was told that the doctor is busy and going to school and such and sent out a prescription for a sinus infection. After a few days and not getting better my mom went to the ER and was diagnosed with COVID. An yet this Doctor has not even followed up with her to see if she is ok and how she is doing. This is one hell of a Sinus infection Christina. Maybe next time you will have the doctor see a patient, not make excuses, even if it is a sinus infection, as this can be just a fatal to an 83 yr old. Extremely disappointed in the handling of my mother's care.

This office is impossible to get a hold of . They take the phone off the hook as soon as they get in and it's only by luck do you get through. How are you supposed to get the medical attention you need if you cant get through to the office ? This is the only doctors off that I have to call repeatedly before I actually talk to someone and then when they do answer they ask you to hold.
