Terrible court system. Backlogged to heck. If you file a motion for discovery good luck the prosecutors will take there sweet time. They get paid regardless remember. You wonder why the court dockets are jam packed. Slow everything when it comes to clerical inputting and anything to do with court. Smh Right too a speedy trial yeah ok. Smh
Roz McAllister
Clerks are slow in recirding on the dockets

They changed everything around in there. They got the probation department where police HQ used to be (no more Marion building, thank freaking God!) so you might want to call and check. You can also send a money order anytime (takes 2 days to get there and 2 days to process til the funds are available) or send a care package online (which they can recieve on non-commisary days but its pretty expensive and will take 10 days for them to recieve the first time. Sorry i cant remember the name of the site you have to go to). Just make sure you have the person's SO number
Get in touch with our group and we will work with you Mr. O'Malley know he has bad people on his team he is not doing a check and balance. I will speak to my Cohorts and get back to you how soon is your process coming up. Time is never on your side!!
He would have to kite it to medical which would take a couple weeks or talk to the med cart nurse. I know the SRTs offer attitude adjustments. They arent exactly what most folks would consider "helpful" but they are free. Just have the CO hit the "Man Down" button.
Call and ask visitation, they might know.
Yes u can, while you are there request time to pay, you have to also request the payment, but most likely at the clerk's office windows where you go pay your fines.
When you go in to the court there's police and they will direct you write to arbitration & mediation
Contact the attorney who drew it up.
You can call the court house and give them your name and they should be able to look it up that's what I did. Or they will mail or text you the information
You don't have to call. Its public information. Go to Cuyahoga county common pleas court docket website
Go to the court's website and look yourself up on the case info search Email me if you have a problem with it.
Well if they did absolutely nothing they wouldn't be in jail and most times you are over indicted and then they plea bargain to lesser charges. If somebody is in jail and they did nothing you need to appeal with a Public Defender
You can look up any prisoner by going to States website if you know where they're at that even helps you even better
In person at the clerk of courts; 3rd floor justice center. Cost depends on what type of lien
It depends, contact public defenders office and they will help guide you .
