That's usually for prison though. Than there's secerus technologies which is good for video visiting & having it so the inmate can have a prepaid calling fund. With the secerus technologies app you can add multiple phone numbers for the inmate to call. Their number is 19727341111. I honestly recommend using jpay for everything but video visiting.
