It’s alright but front desk staff are extremely rude for no reason. Cleaning staff and the other people are all very kind. I just have bad experiences with the front desk. I was trying to pay for some chips and the old lady rolled her eyes and sighed at me then today I walked through front door with my dog and guy at the front desk talked to me with a very rude tone. I didn’t even know there was such rules that i cant walk through front door with a dog but either way I usually use the back doors anyways but my hotel card wasn’t working thats why i walked through the front. He said he would fix the card so i walked over to hand the card to him and then he got mad saying to not bring the dog and sighed and made a face. Ok so what do I do? Leave my dog behind????. And let me tell you my dog was behaving very well and is on leash on my side the whole time.

At this location: Front desk staff when I arrived was great. Breakfast is the best of all the chains especially for vegetarians. Love the pancake machine. The rooms look pretty new, nicely maintained. Love the Keurig. IHG: The only thing missing to make this my favorite and the superior chain is access to streaming programs from the TV like Netflix or Amazon.

Clean room.showers particularly wonderful welcoming staff in Brian and Bonnie good breakfast large TV Great comfortable beds. 6 miles off of 95 but well worth that diversion. Making some improvements but easy to work around because you know they care for the property

I honestly had a great time at this hotel. The front desk man was so nice and polite and made us feel welcomed. Our room was so clean and the sheets and pillowcases were clean as well. I would definitely come back and actually plan on it. I really appreciate the hospitality at this location.
