This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Horrible customer service. The nurses in the ER were very rude and disrespectful. Especially 1 certain nurse. It seemed she hated her job, or hates dealing with people. I understand the medical field could get overwhelming and chaotic - specially in the ER, but when a patient comes in with chronic pain and tearing up for help, and to be ignored and telling her “to calm down and just breathe” is not acceptable. Not letting her finish speaking in regards to what she’s experiencing in pain and to shutting her up is not okay! Now I understand why this hospital has terrible reviews. I’ve attached a picture of the nurse that made this experience a nightmare! Stay away from her.

Horrible attention! if you feel dying avoid this “emergency room.” Jane in the registration started interrogation like COPS, instantly you getting worst. Wait time is long as 14 hours, and all patients complain about wait time and unprofessional services.

Unfortunately I cannot give this hospital a good review the employees have terrible people skills. This place unfortunately is where people go to die my father in law almost died waiting to be seen and my brother in law died upon arrival. I wish they did more to actually help people instead of letting them die. Then when you arrive to say goodbye to a family member they treat you so coldly and unsympathetic. This hospital definitely needs training in sympathy…

Every time I end up at the emergency room of LAC+USC, I walk away fixing more issues than I knew I had. The excellent doctors and nurses take their job of saving lives personally, and they make you feel like its not just their job but their calling. I limped in today with an injured knee and learned solutions to so many physical and psychological problems I didnt know were bringing me down. Also for the past 5 or 6 years, I spend my birthday which happens to land on Valentines day, completely alone. For the fist time in my adult life, I had the best, most serendipitous birthday. Thank you for taking care of me! (and also remembering my bday, lol, honestly) GO RAMS!

Sad to hear you've been waiting. Sometimes there is just no room for everyone at a time. I've been here before and agree it can be a long wait but it's not always like this. They have the best medical equipment in Los Angeles hang in there may the Lord heal you very soon.
I think so.
