My dad (a veteran) had two recent ER visits to this hospital and they were amazing both times. The administrative staff, medical staff, and security are so friendly and understanding. The security staff remembered me and asked how my dad was doing when I came to bring some things to him. I wasn’t allowed in because of covid but they made sure to get my phone number immediately and called to give me updates frequently. They gave him the best medical care I could have hoped for!

Every experience I ve had here has been a professional and constructive experience. I have not had any major issues gere with the staff. Everyone treats you with dignity and always seemed to be working hard to help me. E.R. experiences are always awful and on a couple of occasions now this E.R. has been the least painful.

I'd like to bring a friend in that is experiencing serious but non threatening mental health issues to see a social worker today. Would that be possible and if not. Where, when should I take him on Tuesday?

Socials are always there 24/7 in the er ask the person at the counter you would need to speak to a social worker
