This is the most horrible ER in my whole experience! The staff is rood ,disrespectful, and unprofessional. My mom was after a surgery with a bleeding and they made her wait in the lobby more than 10 hours for a bed. I asked the nurse to give her some painkillers cause she was in real pain and he didn’t react at all. I’m terrified of the way they treat people! Don’t go there!!!!I would give a zero if that would be possible!

Good ER. They have free valet parking. The valet parking attendants are very courteous. We had a good experience here.

Hospital staff are all wonderful people loved the doctors and nurses they did a phenomenal job but here is the thing I parked my lady’s car in the memorial hospital because my wife was having our first kid. Once all the paper work was done and it was time to leave our car got stolen and no one in the building could help us or answer us why our car got stolen in their parking lot. Not their fault but they need better security even the workers there told me a few nurses lost they cars while working in the building. Fence the building and only allow people who security has seen just my two cents.

That isnt a question I can answer because im not employed in the billing department... but you can always ask to sign up for MediCal, or That No way to pay, Im pretty sure they will still see him...at the Emergency Room or ER. Yes you can. If you can't afford it, they can work with you to figure out a temporary insurance or use medicare or a dozen other methods. If you are really sick, please don't put it off. That could be a decision you may not live to regret.
