If it's a Baywash that I used in Middletown NY they have an office on the back side of the Baywash area I'm not too sure about membership stuff
I think most car wash clearances are approximately 90" (7ft 9in). You may have to use a self-serve bay. But this particular car wash, Bay Wash, is open twenty-four hours, so you could just pop by and check. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer.

Paid cash. Only problem, car still had dirt on it after the washing and drying. Should of used my house hose which would of done a better job.
