Used my card for a quick wash, said my total was $5.60. Why was my card charged $20.00? If this is normal business practice it would be nice if that was clearly stated somewhere that would be noticed easily.

Paid cash. Only problem, car still had dirt on it after the washing and drying. Should of used my house hose which would of done a better job.

This will charge you double for the car wash charges u a fee to use your card it's like using your bank card on a different ATM Machine

I did hit the big red stop button at the top, still charged me.

Did you remember to hit the big red done button next to where you swipe? I see lots of people hitting the done button on the selection menu instead of the giant red done on top. If you don't it will continue to count and charge.
