Positive: Staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient, and the location is great. Negative: Furnishings are worn and the Shula¿s steakhouse in the hotel is obscenely overpriced.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not up to par on what I expect from Hilton. The first room we were in smelled horrible. The outlets on the wall didn’t work so the tv, lights and coffee maker wouldn’t work either. A quick call to the front desk and they had us in new rooms within 10 minutes. The second rooms were much better. The hotel needs to spend some money on updating the rooms. Carpets are old and used, beds are creaky and lumpy. Lots of cosmetic/eye sores throughout the room. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it.

I have no complaints! Garage downstairs with easy elevator access. Huge fitness center and everything worked. Free weights were all there and the water was nice and cold. The room was great and nice shower. Service was excellent and friendly.

1) Rooms are clean and comfortable. 2) Very accommodating regarding allergies. 3) Nice lobby. 4) Friendly staff. 5) Impressive elevator security needing room cardkey to activate. 6) Because of some event, parking is limited for guests. Guests should be the priority. 7) Guests are referred to as users on sign. 8) Arbitrarily charged $75 upon check-in for so-called incidentals and restaurant usage without notification. Since they have our credit card information, why charge us a hefty amount up front? Not even going to use their restaurant let alone spend $75 there. Is this legal? 9) TV wasn't working when we arrived. 10) Didn't acknowledge the return of the $75 and upon reminding explained that it would take several days. 11) Nice little fridge, but no microwave. 12) Desk area in room is nice. Nice chair too. Could use Ethernet jack at desk and USB charging ports. 13) Each light in the room is controlled independently, no master switch.

This hotel IS pet friendly. We stayed recently and had our Retriever mix with us. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming.
