This park is so nice and clean. Very well maintained with 6 free tennis courts, one with a wall, ample parking on both sides of the park, a biking trail area next to the park, a memorial tribute area where ceremony is held on memorial day, a baseball field, a section for the kids to play, plenty of grassy area and more. The bathrooms are always clean. There is plenty of wild life that traverse this park as well apparently.

I enjoy going for walks here! The place is pretty big so it’s nice for some quiet time. Sometimes there’s sports games going on and there are multiple playgrounds for kids which is nice for families! And the bathrooms are always clean! There’s also some good spots for photo shoots, I took my prom photos there way back when. Overall great spot for a chill day at the park.

Great park. We got the Shelter #5 (free, first come first-served). Kids enjoyed the playground. The only thing I wish that it had a barbecue pit. Shelters 5 and 6 don't have one.

Such a clean park. It is also so big you can spend a lot of time just walking through it. The flower garden thing is gorgeous. Parking is plentiful and if you live nearby you can walk/bike down the bike train near that creek like area and it opens into park as well. Our favorite thing here is tennis. The tennis courts are well maintained and normally no wait (weekday mornings). However when summer camp is in session there if frequently a wait (when this happens I go to Great Park which has more tennis courts).

I'd start by looking on the city of Irvine's website.
There are 4 baseball ground, one can play football and soccer too. 6 picnic sheds four have charcoal barbecue facility, children play ground with swing, slides etc. Many tennis courts, beautiful photo shoot spot, plenty of parking area and extra fun ground too.
It's a public park so you should be fine, but this is under the City of Irvine, so they would be the ones to contact
