They over book appointments so your scheduled appointment time is not even remotely close to when you receive service. Very frustrating when you schedule an appointment in the early morning so you can get to work on time, not to mention having to fast for longer than what is comfortable. They should really consider scheduling fewer appointments per time slot, this is horrible. Not to mention waiting in a very small room with 12+ people. Very lovely staff (and I feel horrible for them) but quest needs to fix this scheduling issue.

First let me say, technician today was great. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable. However, Quest is a mess. Quest makes appointments with no thought to the human factor. I had an appt as did everyone else waiting. There were 17 people waiting in the reception area with even more waiting outside. There is no one at the front desk to help facilitate the check in process, not to mention older people who don't know what to do with an iPad. Really Quest!!?? Do better for your clients and your staff.

Standing at an empty front counter for 30 minutes now. Had to flag an employee down just to say that I only needed to pick a kit up. She told me to sign in. There was no way to sign in as I didn't require an appointment and walk-ins were full. Flagged her down again and was told to try again put press the help button. I asked what good that would do and how much longer would I expect to wait to just get my kit. She huffed and said she had no idea because they're short staffed and way behind schedule. Wasted my time. Being short staffed is no excuse for poor behavior. Ignoring people standing at a counter is never acceptable. I felt really bad for the elderly woman sitting in her wheelchair since before we even arrived. Shameful

I haven’t had my blood drawn in over 10 years because I have bad anxiety when it comes to needles. I stressed myself out for days prior to the appointment. Michael and the team at this Quest location are literally THE BEST. He did a fantastic job explaining and examining the best vein to draw from, he even opted for a smaller needle! It was such a pleasant experience that I’ll defiantly be coming back here for all of my blood tests!
