Mr. Martinez, go to ID.me (I hate them too) and put in a ticket. A BOT will keep CLOSING your ticket stating that it was solved. Just keep writing in detail what is happening. Go also to a representatives office (if they are Open, but now may be back from vacationing in Florida that is now under Hurricane) Try to hit them hard with the Tickets toward late evening Easter Standard Time, like start around 10pm. I kept getting positive responses at that time. Try to use a private computer that has a Hardwired Dedicated NO ROUTER NO WiFi connection, forget the Library, also DO NOT use a "Government" phone. Probably shutting OFF any VPN will also help until you get this Done. YES I am miraculously blessed to get this done NOW. Make sure you do it NOW before the IRS TAX situation hits. YES CAN WE SAY DIGITAL DIVIDE. Mention also in the tickets that you are going to a representatives office, like a state Senate, something like that. YeS THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. Hang in there and PRAY

When you go to the DMV to prove your identity, do you go with just your good word, or do you go with a mountain of supporting documents? And you're right, their customer service is atrocious, people have lost their homes because ID.me have yet to verify their identity because their identities were flagged by the AI and/or human, and must be investigated individually. Unfortunately they are so disgustingly backed up that it could be months before you get verified to receive your benefits. Meanwhile, your life doesn't get months off. I'm honestly surprised there aren't more class action law suits, but then again, that's complacency.
