It's difficult to get in touch with them. They don't have much in the way of customer service, and that's being generous. About all you can do is send them an email and wait for them to contact you. You might try their Facebook page too. Sorry I can't offer more encouragement. They are adding staff as quickly as they can to catch up with the workload.
