I never had such a worst experience in this urgent care until I came across Dr. Deepshikha Gupta Goyal today. She was treating my 2 years daughter for fever, ear and throat infection. Her initial approach, communication style, ethics, and treatment was very unprofessional, rude, wired and unacceptable!! She is not listening to patient concerns, and behave very bossy and commanding!! I am requesting Kaiser Management to please introduce her to a couple of behavioral classes as she is destroying Kaiser reputation!! She needs to learn manners, and customer care before treating a patient!!

Jeanne S at the vision department went beyond the call of duty to repair my Silhouette frame glasses. After breaking the arm on the frame, I thought these glasses were beyond repair, and was even told so by another optometry retailer. Jeanne spent 2 months searching for a replacement part. I gave up hope and moved on, only to receive a call from Jeanne a few days ago advising me she found a part and the glasses were fixed. Wow!!! Thanks for the great service!!
