They will happily look up if you have pic id.
Yes they can find your KP ID # with your picture ID. Or if you have no ID we can ask you security questions like your DOB & full address. I work for KP. There is no extra charge for not having your KP card.
If you log in to your Kaiser account online, you can print a copy of your member card. Otherwise, showing your ID is fine too.
