This place may seem great on the outside and nice to their residents but when it comes to treating your staff as if they aren’t humans is beyond me. I have a lot of issues regarding upper management such as BILL and the discrimination towards employees of color. I want to know what you can do to solves this problem. Because last time I checked your HR department is telling employees they can’t do anything about that. If you plan on working here …. DONT!
