Before being greeted we were asked to leave our bikes outside where people cut off the locks and steal them. Being a black male was supervised through the whole store and not helped finding what I needed.

I have a simple vax appointment at 637pm. I arrive 10 mins early as instructed and this is what shows up. Bad start

I gave three stars only because it’s my go to place for my betta fish hobby supplies and stock of ornamental fish. Most of the time the betta fish are taken care of with clean cups. I wish one day that they figure out a better way to keep bettas instead of the depressing cold cups. They deserve more than standard living. Also, Petco recently remodeled so it seems nicer and clean. The staff somewhat friendly at least with me. I still recommend the store.

Nice place and good customer service. However when we got hamster cage there, the associate was nice for telling us that we could get a discount out of it because 1. the box was damaged 2. he told us there were some parts missing. When we went up to the register, the manager there named Michael doubled checked if there were missing parts and said "NO" there wasn't so I had to pay fully and believing him in so throughout the day. When I got home and tried to build the cage, I was pretty mad about how the top of the cage is cracked and the water bottle cap that comes with the set was missing. Overall I hated it how especially the manager there lied to me. FYI the pictures of the bottom of the cage is cracked, I patched it with black tape. I was able to unpatched the black tape on top of the cage and you could see the cracked but I didn't want to unpatched it more because I don't want to break it.

The parking here is free and the parking lot is huge, it's in a plaza connected to a Safeway and Starbucks along with others.
All pet shops in SF can only sell rescues by ordinance. Petco doesn't sell rescue dogs in this location, only rescue cats.
They don't do spray/neuter surgeries there.
It's best to talk to the veterinarian that they will know
Not at the moment
It would be better if you changed it because the difference is so much. Call the store!
If they have them, yes
Yes, they have all that.
The best place to find them would be right from the breeder. You can search for one near your area in online forums
Definitely ask them. I have returned different items including a tourist seamlessly. Keep in mind, the tourist was returned the next day.
Old enough to be on time, RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL...with excellent humble customer service skills and most of all LOVE ALL ANIMALS,.
Yes, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, mice, and there are also rabbits for adoption.
They do them on weekends. Go in the morning or early afternoon. Avoid the SPCA, they only care about money and not your animal.
Prices will vary based on the size of your animal. I don't believe they have self service tubs, only the groomer https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/s/dog-grooming
