They do them on weekends. Go in the morning or early afternoon. Avoid the SPCA, they only care about money and not your animal.
We had a similar issue with SFSPCA and money 💰! They only care about money and NOT your animal. They aren't "non profit".

They do it Sunday's in the morning at Petco but spca can also help you with that
or vet as they are probably cheaper by far.
