The grounds look good during the summer, but how this place is operated is worse than standing at Costco on holiday weekend late morning the day of new samples (no thanks).

Terrible manager. Very racist as well. This neighborhood is not recommended at all whatsoever. If you have a family this place isn’t for you as the rules for parking are you can only have the amount of cars that fit under a carport. That’s only 2 cars. When your kids need to get cars for college or whatever it is, you will have to move out any way so your kids can have a car. Manager threats residents that she will kick them out regularly. She’s clearly bored and has nothing better to do. Don’t move here.

The park is a Mobile Home only community, so we do not accept any recreational vehicles.
The park does not allow subletting of any of the homes or rooms. The home owner is violating their lease agreement to do this.
For 2018 the lot rent is $705.30 which includes the charges for sewer and storm drains.
