Went in to fax one piece of paper with the fax cover included. I was charged 5.48 for the paper I needed faxed and the fax cover. When I asked the associate why was I charged so much to fax one piece of paper. She stated “ I was also charged for the confirmation sheet” Never in my life regardless of what store I go to I have never been charged for the fax cover and the confirmation sheet. You will never get business from me again and I will make sure to spread the word regarding this.

Went in earlier today to drop off an Amazon package. Initially had troubles pulling up the QR code from my email due to the poor reception. When I asked for their GUEST WiFi, I got, “oh, we don’t usually give the password for the WiFi”. Everything eventually worked out but in conclusion, 3/5 stars is being generous.

Don't listen to the negative noise and reviews older than 2019. Ever since the new owners took over a couple years ago this place has been nothing but excellent. You can tell some days they are cheerier than others but not once have they ever failed to take care of me and more often than not they go above and beyond to save me money whenever possible. I often see some customers being a-holes to them for some reason and I suspect those are where these poor reviews are coming from. Don't hesitate to give your business to these folks and please be respectful, they are there to help you.

Don't even bother coming The UPS Store. I arrived to the store at nine and it was closed. The Saturday hours online are wrong it doesn't open until 9:30 on Saturdays. Went back at 9:35 and the lights were still off and door locked. If you don't value my time you don't deserve my money.
