I stopped by to ask a question and hopefully book an appointment. It was 8.03pm. The sign says closes at 9pm. (Google says closes at 10pm) The front desk associate had already closed -I could see her through the locked clear glass door -and would not bother to come to the door. She seemed irritated at my presence shaking her head emphatically. When I talked to the manager on phone the next day, it was gaslighting season:( I opted to go elsewhere.

The only good thing this place has going is their location and cleanliness. Staff were friendly, however, they didn't cancel an appointment that I requested to be cancelled in person. I was told their system is tricky when it comes to canceling when appointments are made on their website but there was no problem and she was going to cancel and not charge me. The next day I got an email confirming the charge. I called the young lady was nice, and after going back in forth about her not being able to refund. She said she went ahead and did it. I ask for an email confirming the refund and she said she wasn't able to send it. But guaranteed that the refund was done. It's been 3 days and I have yet seen the refund come to my bank. Very disappointing cause I was really hoping to give their misuse a try but not if their billing and online system can't get it together.

We have been going to H&S for over 4 years. Most of the staff is wonderful. Which is why it is not awesome to have to give this review. Due to accounts being hacked we had to switch cards for their. Auto pay and had forgotten,or hadn't gotten around to it. When we did I had realized one of my cards that had been used previously had been charged without authorization. When we expressed this to the person taking our new c.c. info she said "No it wasn't." While I was staring at the charge on my statement. When we said we could send her a screenshot of the charge, her response was, "Ok do that and we will terminate your membership and you can re-sign. " And then hung up on us. The next day I called to spoke to an Office Manager who was very empathetic, but ultimately could not make the final decision. Her boss would not talk to me either. So in the end we have 3 services we paid for but cannot use them unless we pay for the two months we , admittedly, were behind. Imagine... would you go somewhere to relax if you had been treated poorly there? Again , we weren't saying we didn't owe the money - just that my card had been charged without authorizatio which sparked the whole thing.

I think if you're with your daughter, you could do facials together in the couples massage room. I did that with my niece once, though she was an adult. The massages are usually around 70 i think, but they've been running specials. If you call and ask, they're very helpful.
Yes, if you book a couple weeks in advance. The most in a room is two massages (one couples room).
If it says Promotional on it no, but any other gift card is good at any location
