This UPS store doesn’t mail your products right away so if you are doing a refund Amazon package make sure you ask for a receipt because they don’t mail out packages right away and now the refund packages are lost and I won’t get an Amazon refund because of them losing the product.

i’ve been there multiple times and everybody was nice and helpful except the the manager called Jay the Asian guy he was being very rude to me not once but multiple times and apparently when I called to the store the coworkers told me I'm not the only one complaining about him he’s the rudest and I don’t know how he can Be a manager with that attitude I will be writing email maybe for the senior manager because this is unacceptable
