I had a video conference on 9/7/2021 with them. They identified me said it was complete but NY says they still have not identified me yet. I think this company is a sham created to take our tax dollars and f$$k over the people who need the help.

Already did all that now the DOL site says there's a mismatch with the information they have and the information id.me is giving then.

That sounds frustrating. ID.me cannot release your information to New York DOL until you allow consent to release your data to them. If I were you, I would return to the NYSDOL website and login to your DOL account. It's going to seem at first like you are repeating the same process all over again; however, when you click the green Verify with ID.Me button and follow the sign in prompts, you should see a pop up window asking if you consent to share the information in ID.Me's system with NY DOL. Once you click allow, the website will now let you finish filing your claim.
