We had a good experience living here. We did, however, have issues with mold and with having no hot water. Both times, they let us stay in an unoccupied unit. Management was responsive. It's nice to be able to walk to the MARC train and to Old Towne. Pool was also a nice asset.

The apartments are decent, but what makes this complex so difficult to live in is it’s constant management failures. Without living here for a full year, I’ve had to deal with multiple management issues because of their unorganized system. If you want to live in a place where you’ll truly feel comfortable, this is not the place for you. I’ve never had to deal with this much mismanagement with an apartment building.

Our office is open seven days a week. Monday - Friday we are open 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays we are open 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday we are open 12PM to 5PM. You can view available floor plans, community amenities, and access other community information at our website 24/7.
Our community offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. We have a variety of layouts for both the 1 and 2 bedroom homes. Our 1-bedroom apartments are in the general range of $1,350 - $1,595. Our 2-bedroom apartments are in the general range of $1,550 - $2,095. Our 3-bedroom homes are ion the general range of $1,870 - $2,100. Additionally, we do have a $25 application fee per person over the age of 18 and $250 holding deposit. Should you have questions about any charges, please feel free to contact us.
Yes we are pet-friendly. We allow two pets per home with breed restrictions for dogs. There is a $25 monthly pet fee per pet and $300 refundable pet deposit. For information on service/companion animals please contact us.
Our community offers a clubhouse with WiFi, swimming pool, and 24-hour fitness center.
We do offer loft apartments on the top floors of our buildings.
