Beautiful apartments but as a delivery person, delivering to this apartment complex SUCKS. It would be better for this place to have a mail room where all of their packages go to rather than delivering to the front door of the customer. Would save everyone so much time.

These people are crooks. Do not move here. They stole my security deposit by conducting an illegal inspection without giving me any sort of notice. Also terrible customer service and Rebecca at their office is one of the rudest property managers I’ve ever spoke with. Again do not do business with these crooks.

I want the tenants in this apartment appreciate and treat the office staff and maintenance crew nicely. We have learned that how good workers they are after we moved out and experiencing the total degrated quality of service at the new place.

As another reviewer noted, the leasing agents are unresponsive. I called 5 times, but always got sent to the regional office, who was unable to answer my questions about the apartment, and I never got a follow up call from a leasing agent even though I asked each time for a leasing agent to return my calls. I booked 3 virtual tours and got stood off each time with no follow up from a leasing agent other than an automated email to reschedule my virtual tour. I understand that tour start times can get delayed, but the lack of follow up from a leasing agent is unacceptable. I also filled the online email form twice and got no email response. Also, the regional office staff gave me conflicting information. For example, one told me that this is a mid-rise apartment with a secured building, whereas another told me it is a garden-style apartment. One told me that the parking garage is internally connected to the building, while another told me it was not internally connected. One regional staff member even justified the negative reviews for this apartment by saying that all apartments have some negative reviews instead of actually answering my question. Overall, the regional staff could not help me with my most important questions about the apartment in the absence of an onsite leasing agent. Thankfully, the lack of response gave me time to read the large number of negative reviews and also learn that this is one of the less-nice neighborhoods in Gaithersburg. Ultimately I have signed a lease with a better apartment with more responsive management in a better neighborhood and at a better price. I do not plan to consider Gaithersburg Station in the future if I need to move within Gaithersburg. I am sure someone might respond to this review saying that they regret that I had a negative experience, and maybe they actually mean it. However, the actions of the leasing agents speak significantly louder than any words of response that can be given to this review.
