I LOVE this place. Several years ago I had a Toyota Solara and not only did they replace the ragtop with top quality work, and way better prices than the 'competition, but I also referred others who were equally pleased. Today, I called to have a different ragtop replaced. The man returned my call within minutes, then researched the issued w/in another 10 minutes and got back to me with quotes. After 4 years of ownership and dealing with a damaged headliner from the previous owner, I finally got around to getting it repaired at a reputable upholstery shop. The gentlemen I spoke to over the phone and interacted with at their front desk were very kind and professional. They completed the job quickly as promised and I picked up my car the very next day. They also support service members so that's another plus! Thanks again for the fantastic job on the headliner of my 2009 BMW M3 and making it look new again!

Can't tell you much about high back chair webbing, however I did have an experience with the upholstery on my leather car seat. After taking it somewhere else about a year before, where they did a really overpriced shoddy job that broke apart within months, I found Rankin. I dropped my car off at noon. They took the seat completely out of the car, took the leather off and sewed it from the inside. They called me back 3 hours later and I was impressed to find the seat looked like new. I highly recommend Rankin for any upholstery needs large or small. Very professional, reasonably priced and professionally Crafted.
