I am an 83 year old man with hearing loss and I have both vaccinations . I had an appointment with Lianne Carbone the owner of simply hearing on September 9 2021. I walked in the front door of the office and there was no mask required sign and no one asked me if I was vaccinated not even Lianne Carbone. The receptionist was masked as was Lianne. Had the hearing test and we talked about test etc and I asked her if she was vaccinated and after a pause she said no and I asked her why not? Her answer was I don’t believe in them . This an FYI for all the elderly and otherwise that are concerned as am I. So needless to say I as not going back to Simply Hearing.
