This company doesn’t care about how their employees treat people called corporate to complain about an assistant manager refusing to give a receipt for a payment, point in my face, and etc and never once apologized for the treatment recurve just stated “I wasn’t there I didn’t know what happened” so glad I wasn’t a potential resident but noted that I would never rent from their company what a shame that my mentally I’ll brother lives in a complex that’s managed by them

It’s been more than three months since I moved out of Alexander House and I still have not received my security deposit. At first they weren’t aware that I paid one. After showing proof including an email from the community manager that I did pay a deposit, all of a sudden there are new reasons why I didn’t get it. I’m confused. I pointed out the discrepancies between my lease and ledger. On July 21, 2022, Christopher Houlding said he will look into what I pointed out and get back to me before the weekend ends. Now no one is responding. Reading the reviews here and the ones under Alexander House’s page, it looks like they have done this with other previous residents. Update It’s been almost a month since Christopher asked me to provide him with an address that he send my security deposit and refund to. I still haven’t gotten anything. It’s been more than 4 months since I moved out of Alexander House. No one is responding to my emails anymore. I would just like to get my money back so I don’t have to contact anyone from this company again.

We have been calling for 3 weeks with no answer from the 240 number…. This doesn’t make Resident's or Prospects feel valued. Wondering will anyone take our concerns seriously and give us a call back???

We provided water mitigation for this company January of this year at Murraygate Village. We have not been paid and it is almost August. Everyone in this company is nonresponsive.

If you have proof that the recertification was the fault of management you can always contact the main office of Edgewood in Maryland to have your problem resolved
